Lecture 2.2 6 Questions for Successful Social Media
This video is part of a Coursera course, Input and Interaction (www.coursera.org/learn/social-computing?specialization=interaction-design).
This course is part of the Interaction Design Specialization (www.coursera.org/specializations/interaction-design) led by Scott Klemmer of UC San Diego. In this specialization, you will learn how to design technologies that bring people joy, rather than frustration. You'll learn techniques for rapidly prototyping and evaluating interfaces; how to use these designs to get feedback from other stakeholders; how to conduct fieldwork unearth design ideas; principles of visual design; and how to perform and analyze experiments.

you cant sign in as a student if you have only created a teachers login. another mistake. if this is the intellect of the teachers we're doomed.
there shouldnt be a option to view your profile because in the previous page you skipped filling a profile out.
Knowing how to solve mathematical or statistical problems is different from being able to transfer such knowledge. Many, while thinking they are communicating knowledge, only speak to themselves. This video exemplifies that fact. Echoing one's thoughts is different from transmitting knowledge!
One question about three-way interaction terms. Let's label each variable A(main variable), B(1st moderator), C (2nd moderator). I'm interested in (hypothesize) the relationships A-B and A-B-C. Should all two-way (AB, AC, BC) and three-way interaction terms (A * B * C) be included in a regression model and result or would be it fine to include some of interest (AB, ABC) only?
This guy is hot
If I do a usability evaluation using a combination of two evaluation methods, namely Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthrough, how do I get the conclusions and recommendations? Should a qualitative analysis be carried out using thematic analysis? Thank You
Thank you so much. You are great at explaining these models clearly and simply. =)
Thank you for the video Why are error rates poison distributed
Thank you for your insights, great help!
great description, thanks!
could you please share the scrip?
I get the following error:: Error in h(simpleError(msg, call)) : 在为'summary'函数选择方法时评估'object'参数出了错: no applicable method for 'glht' applied to an object of class "emmlf" . could you help me figure out what's causing this? Thank you
「上記のギフトのいずれかを選択できます」、
Thanks for saving my master thesis :D
macam mana nak buat?
no
I have to know... are you writing normally but with the video flipped left to right or are you actually trained in writing right to left, backwards and left handed!?!? either way great video!!!
wait. people wear wedding rings on the left hand. It's flipped. Normality restored.

Thanks a lot professor for this explanation
Specify the goal and need money
thanks very useful

Great video. Could you say a little bit about the covariance structure that was used for the Poisson analysis? In my analysis I found that it makes a huge difference if I change it from 'diagonal' to 'autoregressive' or 'compound symmetry'. How does one best estimate what works for a given repeated-measures dataset?
Hi Scott, Where is your video on how to score an HE in the aggregate? I believe it was on Coursera. I think you did a standard deviation too. Can't find it. Located anywhere else?
Nice video!
After transform the data using 'ART', should we perform Anova or Two Way ANOVA test - since this is factorial anova?
What do you use for package for the histograms ?
Thank you
When I tried using the art() function followed by anova() function I keep getting the message: Error in list2env(data) : first argument must be a named list. Do you know what the problem may be? The data I am using is in the form of a data frame.
I would like to take the course in Coursera. Could you please correct the description? this takes me to an unrelated course
You're speaking so fast I'm unable to retain much information lol.
Replace your marker, Pleaaaase!!!
So. Good. Can't thank you enough
Excellent demo, thank you
this whole course isn't organized well...i am so confused
I thought I was the only one struggling 🥴
Nice
I was like "how is this guy writing so perfectly backwards onto a board" but then i realized he's writing facing himself and then the video is flipped..
Long Data vs Wide data can be confusing for many. Thank you for this video.
i'm impressed how u wrote all this things from right to left
These videos are very clear and easy to follow. Incredibly helpful - thank you.
Brilliant explanation. Thank you🙏
The description text appears incorrect. I don't see this video within the course on "Input and Interaction." I think it is within "Designing, Running, and Analyzing Experiments"
Thank you very much for this introduction! Would it be possible to use a repeated measures ANOVA to solve the exercise? In which cases should you use RM ANOVA and in which cases LMM?
Hi there, I performed the LMM using the art function. However after doing a shapiro.wilks test on the residuals of this model my p value result was still less than 0.05. Is this ok? In the video yours wasn't so I don't know what to do in my case.
Great explanation
Fuck you Scott
Amazing explanation, a real Professor!
omg, those are not normal distributions!!!! great video though...
world class university level quality lecture
Too bad I didn't learn this one at my University :(. My Data's independent variable is scaled nominally, so I can't use regression. The response variable is a percentage value, so I can't use na Anova. Also I repeatedly measured the same subjects, so I need a repeated measures model. I guess Generalized Linear mixed model is the best way to examine within-subject and probably Generalized linear Model for within-subject comparison? I've never done this before and it's my Bachelor's Thesis :/ Thanks for the video!
Love you guys... good jobb
